Snack Spot Products Ltd. processes and ships all orders within 2-4 business days.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number and shipping details.

Free Shipping:
Snack Spot Products Ltd. offers free shipping across Canada on all orders over $100 CAD (excluding NT, YT, and NU).

Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are provided before checkout. Free shipping is available for all orders over $100 CAD.

Temperature Considerations:
Snack Spot Products Ltd. does not take responsibility for any product damage due to weather conditions. However, we will make efforts to prevent potential damages by adding ice packs during hot temperatures when possible. Please consider the destination temperature when placing your order.

Damaged or Lost Items:
If an item is received damaged, opened, or defective, customers must provide photographic evidence of the issue in order for us to investigate and offer a resolution. If the item has been discarded, we will no longer be able to assist with the claim.

If a package is lost in transit, please contact our Customer Service team. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue, but Snack Spot Products Ltd. cannot be held responsible for packages marked as delivered by the courier.
